YORK ELEMENTARY BACKPACK BUDDIES 2016-2017

York Elementary School is raising funds to sponsor 16 students to receive BackPack Buddies this school year! BackPack Buddies provides food over the weekends for children who normally eat breakfast and lunch at school. Each bag contains enough food for six nutritious meals. It's hard to learn, follow directions and get along with your classmates if you're hungry. That's why if even one child is hungry it can effect the entire class. To sponsor a student at York for a school year's worth of BackPack Buddies food is $350, a month is $35 and to it's $10 to feed a child for a weekend. Please donate what you can. Any amount is helpful.
